Privacy Policy

Mesidor Flow ("we", "us") is an internal worker management portal. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account info you give us: name, Discord handle, role, hourly rate, profile photo.
• Application info: contact, sample links, written answers.
• Work activity: clock-in/out times, submitted recordings, bonuses, payouts.
• Anonymous visit data: page path, approximate session duration, and user-agent string for site analytics.
• Messages you send through the in-app chat.

How we use it

Only to operate the portal — track hours, calculate pay, communicate, and process payouts. We do not sell your data. Payouts are sent externally (Crypto, PayPal, Wise) using the details you provide for that purpose only.

Storage & access

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure. Only the Mesidor admin can view worker records.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by messaging Mesidor on Discord.
