Workers using Mesidor Flow are independent contractors, not employees. You're responsible for your own taxes and any local registration in your jurisdiction.
Pay is hourly based on your tracked clock-in time and recorded bonuses. Payouts are sent on request via Crypto, PayPal, or Wise. We are not liable for fees charged by those external services or for delays caused by incorrect payment details you provide.
You agree to perform work honestly, not falsify time or submissions, and to keep any access credentials we share private.
Either party can end the relationship at any time. Earned but unpaid balance will be paid out using your preferred method.
The portal is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working but make no warranties about uptime or accuracy of tracked numbers — flag anything wrong in the support chat.
